Course prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Course Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to purchased courses, including all updates and additions to course content. Access is provided on an as-available basis, and we strive to maintain continuous service availability. However, we may occasionally need to suspend access temporarily for maintenance or updates.

Course materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download materials for offline viewing but may not redistribute, share, or resell course content.

These certificates verify that you have completed the course content but do not represent accredited qualifications or professional certifications. Certificates are provided in digital format for download and sharing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Open Course Ware UK provides courses on an as-is basis. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of course materials. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Course Ware UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
