We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your course purchase date
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
- You must not have downloaded more than 25% of the available course resources
- You must provide a brief explanation for your refund request
These conditions are in place to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our refund policy while still providing genuine protection for customers who find a course does not meet their expectations.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

Upon approval of your refund, your access to the course will be immediately revoked, and you will no longer be able to access course materials or resources.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

- When more than 25% of the course has been completed
- When more than 25% of downloadable resources have been accessed

6. Course Updates and Changes
We continuously improve our courses by updating content, adding new materials, and incorporating user feedback. Minor updates or improvements to courses do not entitle you to a refund if you have already completed the purchase and accessed the original content.
7. Partial Refunds

8. Promotional and Discount Purchases
